By placing an order at GOT YOU, DRAGON, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at GOT YOU, DRAGON for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by GOT YOU, DRAGON as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to GOT YOU, DRAGON and will not be shared with other third parties. By accepting the GOT YOU, DRAGON Conditions, you agree to the above.

PAYMENT

All products remain GOT YOU, DRAGON property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from GOT YOU, DRAGON.
All transfers conducted through GOT YOU, DRAGON are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• ORDERS

To checkout fill billing, shipping and payment information. Costumer can choose the way to pay for the order. Once your payment is approved and we’ve registered your order in our system, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. We currently accept Master Card, Visa and American Express. You can also choose to pay for your order through PayPal. In this case, you will be automatically forwarded to the PayPal site.

• SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer worldwide shipping. Your order will be ready for shipment within 1-2 days after your order was placed. Upon dispatch, your goods will arrive in approx one to two weeks for orders placed in Europe, from ten to twenty business days for orders placed outside Europe. Please note: these delivery times are estimates only and this may vary depending on location. Local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

• RETURN POLICY

Please contact GOT YOU, DRAGON before returning any items. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the items within 14 days after you receive the product. The product must be in new condition. All original packaging, labels etc. shall be returned with the product. Items without mentioned cannot be returned. Please note that return costs are for your own account.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not meet the conditions above.

Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account as soon as possible. We will refund to the account from which goods were purchased.
